About Us

Karla Riddle

Karla Riddle has real world working knowledge about what works & what doesn’t work when marketing a small business. She has proven successes in creating, executing, monitoring and optimizing marketing programs.

Ms. Riddle has been in the real estate industry since 1996, and for the past few years has been in charge of the marketing and sales for a national medium sized real estate company. During the first 6 months in this position, Ms. Riddle reviewed the company’s marketing efforts and reduced marketing expenses by $550,000 in one year, while maintaining the same profits. Other accomplishments include: Worked with in-house software developers to create a proprietary CRM program that was rolled out to 52 stores, Implemented e-mail marketing campaigns, Created campaigns that were delivered through Landing Pages, Press Releases, Print & e-mail, Worked with the store managers to improve profits, Brought in almost $1M in revenues during 2009, Initiated Social Networking for company, And introduced several new products and services to increase profits through, including evaluations and pricing schedules.

In addition to this she has developed marketing plans for a Wholesale Jewelry Store, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Venetian Plaster Artist, and Developmental Learning Center. Ms. Riddle holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and is a member of various Chamber of Commerece Groups in the Greater Los Angeles area, the American Marketing Association & CREW Orange County.

Scott Riddle

Scott Riddle has been working in the corporate and legal fields for the past 6 years in various capacities. In February 2010, he joined forces with his sisters, Karla Riddle & Kim Riddle-Wilson, to create Riddle Consulting Group. Mr. Riddle holds a B.A. in Communications from USC and a J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Kim Riddle-Wilson

Kim Riddle-Wilson has worked in the banking & telecom industries for the past 20 years in various positions. Ms. Wilson is passionate about marketing and has extensive experience in market research. She was recruited by one of her former professor at Northeastern State University to conduct market research to increase the school’s enrollment and receive government funding. Ms. Wilson has served as a board member for a non-profit organization and is a Tenured member of the Tulsa Jr. League. In February 2010, she also joined forces with her siblings, Karla Riddle & Scott Riddle, to create Riddle Consulting Group. Ms. Wilson a B.S. in Business Marketing from Northeastern State University. She is also past President of the American Marketing Associations Tulsa chapter,has been an AMA member since 1995.
