Monique : In 2009 I hired Riddle Consulting Group to prepare a marketing plan.
Since the economy was slow, I wanted to make sure I was using my
marketing budget wisely. Riddle Consulting Group reviewed every aspect
of my current marketing efforts and offered some advice on how it could
be improved. After reviewing the plan with them, we came up with a
client referral program and a promotion program based on holidays such
as Christmas, Hanukkah, Mother's & Father's Day as well as Graduation.
In 2010 we will develop my website and implement a Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system that will allow me to use Search Engine
Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to
bring more clients to my company. We have never had a website before,
so I'm excited to get started.
I have found Riddle Consulting Group's approach to be helpful and
insightful. They didn't try to sell me something my business wasn't

Jennifer Lo : In 2010 I hired Riddle Consulting Group to provide a marketing plan for
AME Global. AME Global is a small international shipping company that
mainly ships to and from Asia. When I first met with Riddle Consulting
Group we spoke about the challenges AME was facing, what type of
marketing we were doing, if we had any referral programs and if we were
planning to reinstate our website. In about 10 days, I received a full
marketing plan, outlining the things we were doing right and things that
we could improve upon. Riddle Consulting Group suggested that start
using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, create a
database for e-mail marketing, offer repeat customer or referrals a
discount, and re-establish a website with SEO & SEM techniques.
We are scheduled to start all of this in the 2nd Quarter of 2010.
